Traditionally MCA Hamilton holds its AGM in a weekend format somewhere in Ontario every second year, when the new president commences his term. In alternate years the AGM is held locally in a dinner only format.

Held each year in June, industry associates get together for a fun day of golf and a local charity is the recipient of any proceeds from the tournament.
